建议思路：I tend to disagree

不可否认，一些特定的工作的确是更适合某种性别。

1. 男性的体力普遍比女性的强，所以体力为主的工作例如搬运，捕鱼等就更适合男性。在相同的工作长度下，男性的效率会比女性更高。

2. 女性的耐心普遍更好些，所以涉及更细致的工作例如刺绣，护士等更适合女性。

但是现在很多工作都有机器，科技等摄入，工作中由于性别特质而带来的优劣已不是非常明显。

1. 现在体力劳动已大部分由机器替代，人类主要工作是操控和监管。个人体力的优势已逐渐不影响效率。

2. 很多细致的工作也有科技参与例如手术等，所带来的优势比单纯的性别中的特质更具有可靠性。

3. 而且一个工作的成果也并不是完全由某一种性别的人决定。很多时候都是男女混合。对于性别不存在特殊性。
